Hi,
I’ve recently come across this blog entry and the information that would have been provided at this event would be exactly what I am looking for at this moment in time to help me make a decision as to whether to attempt to return to study medicine as a second degree.
Are there any notes from this event or would it be possible to speak to someone to get a summary of the information here?
Thanks
The slides from the latest version of this event, held on 30 March 2011, are available as a pdf here: http://www.careers.manchester.ac.uk/media/services/careersandemployabilitydivision/careersservice/talkshandouts/Graduate-Entry-to-Medicine-Options-funding-and-applying.pdf
I am considering applying to GEM this year. Do you still have the slides?
Hi Roxanne,
The slides get updated every year. There are two versions of the talk, one focused on applications and interviews which is published in September and is available here: http://www.careers.manchester.ac.uk/media/services/careersandemployabilitydivision/careersservice/talkshandouts/GEM—Applications-and-Interviews.pdf
The other version focuses on options and applying and is published in March – I am working on this one now, so watch this space!
Thanks.
